北京大学人民医院消化内科副主任彭涛介绍,如果胃胀明显,可以采取半卧位,给胃留出更多蠕动的空间,减轻腹内压力,从而缓解不适。必要时可在专业指导下服用一些帮助消化的药物。但是,如果胃里内容物非常满,胃胀严重,吃药无法缓解,可以考虑找专业中医医师通过针灸的方式,在不增加的肠胃负担的情况下缓解胃胀。
