《平凡的世界》续集《平凡的人生》

刘明才续写了路遥大师的《平凡的世界》，重新定名为《平凡的人生》，这本书由山东画报出版社2017年出版。

山东作家刘明才著《平凡的人生》作为《平凡的世界》的续集，延续了原作中对普通人生活与命运的关注，展现了黄土高原上人们在时代变迁中的挣扎与奋斗。

故事开篇，金波历经千辛万苦，终于找到了念念不忘的藏族姑娘卓玛拉，并将她带回了双水村。他们的爱情跨越了地域和民族的界限，成为了村里的一段佳话，也为这片古老的土地带来了新的活力与色彩。

孙少平依旧坚信田晓霞没有死，他前往当年发洪水的南部城市，一路打听晓霞的下落。终于，在东河湾村的桃花林里，他找到了失忆的田晓霞。原来，田晓霞在救洪水中的小姑娘时被冲走，被东河湾村的孤儿小陶红发现，后被陶老中医救活，但却失去了记忆，只会写 “黄原，古塔山，杜梨树” ，这些他们曾经约会的地方，让孙少平忍不住落泪。

在感情生活上，李向前想不开自杀，田润叶恢复单身，孩子由李向前的父母照料。贺秀莲因病去世，孙少安也恢复单身。孙少安带着虎子去看望润叶，润叶视虎子如亲儿子，但他们之间仍存在着世俗的鸿沟。杜丽丽与古风铃浪漫了一回后，如实告知武惠良，武惠良无法忍受选择离婚。杜丽丽后悔不已，想复婚却遭拒，武惠良转而追求田润叶，可润叶心里只有少安哥。杜丽丽失去家庭，爱情破灭，最终走进原西河。

此外，书中新增人物吴迪有着复杂的经历和性格。她家庭遭遇巨变，父亲被害死，母亲被村书记霸占。这使她心思深沉、渴望关爱，同时复仇至上。为报仇，她接近武惠良并与之成家，最终毒死村书记一家七口人，自己也在生下孩子后因失血过多离世，充满了悲剧色彩……
